TCW Driver is the heart of the Unified Collaboration & learning Synchronizer Solutions.
It is the master control software on a central server that integrates the TCW – Touch and the TCW – PC across the enterprise.
– TeleConnectWizard™-Master Server is a Windows based application that allows user interface ,i.e. TeleConnectWizard –Touch and TeleConnectWizard™ -PC and TeleConnectWizard™ Mobile to start and manage multiparty audio and video conference calls through MCU without being dependent on the IT/ MCU operator .
– TeleConnectWizard™ user interface gets the global address book, groups, favorites and various functionalities related to multiparty conferences through server application. User also gets the conference room scheduling & room booking status display on the touch panel display through the server application. It also controls the MCU & Telepresence /VC rooms control processors.
– It is the brain in the form of a software installed on server which gets placed at the HO and it masters all user access interfaces across the enterprise.
– TCW for every end user specifically designed for individual laptops or desktops.
– Same functionality for visual Collaboration access as per TeleConnectWizard- touch.
– Also Customize TCW PC as per end user requirement
– For various reviews sessions, make your own favorites to start monthly or weekly reviews with worldwide teams on a fly
– On demand, make your own groups
– Access TCW from within your network or when you are outside your network with just a data card or a Wi-Fi connection
