Huddle Meetings Problems

There are lots of wires and microphone cables on the table.
Further on account of no people & content separation, recognizing far participants and understanding their body language is a big problem as they appear stamp sized.
People sitting near the screen appear bigger and people sitting far from the screen appear smaller to the far locations.
Further there is a difference of head height when a few participants are standing along with few sitting participants.
For BYOD meetings everyone is waiting for the BYOD laptop holder which wastes the time for all other participants.
On account of two or more glass walls / hard walls audio intelligibility for far site participants is not good enough which results in communication gaps.
Either birds eye view or chin up view is sent to far participants on account of not mounting the camera bar on top of the display between a height of 4.5 feet and 5 feet.
Typically HDMI, USB & laptop charger (3 Cables) need to be brought to the huddle room by the presenters. Similarly for BYOD meetings apart from the laptop, these 3 Cables need to be brought in which is cumbersome and also when not immediately available leads to time wastage of all participants.
Poor lighting sends dark images to far site participants, which is a result of common down lighters being used in huddle rooms.
There is no reliable huddle room booking status indication visible outside the room.
